How does pricing work?

We don't use flat-rate or one-size-fits-all pricing, because no two businesses are the same. Your investment with us depends on the complexity of your business, your team size, the systems you use, and the level of support and advisory involvement you're looking for. We walk through all of this in our first conversation, so there are no surprises.

Can I switch from my current accountant?

Yes, and it's usually more straightforward than people expect. We manage the transition process and work with your previous firm to ensure everything transfers smoothly. If you're mid-year, we'll work with what's already in place and make sure nothing gets missed along the way.

What accounting software do you use?

We work primarily with QuickBooks Online. We'll talk through your current setup early on and make sure everything is structured in a way that works for your business going forward.

What's the difference between advisory support and regular accounting?

Traditional accounting is largely backward-looking: recording what happened and filing what's required. Advisory support is forward-looking, helping you understand what your numbers mean, what decisions to make, and how to set your business up for what's ahead. Most of our clients want both, and our services are built to provide exactly that.

What happens after I reach out?
